Hailing from the small scene of Nantucket Island, Kelly Emery found his musical roots as a self-taught musician. From a young age, Kelly and friends joined together to form a jazzy cocktail hour band: Jazz on The Rocks. Kelly went on to study music at Fort Lewis College in Colorado, and in New Orleans at the University of New Orleans. After college he went on to publish albums in multiple genres of music, perform cross-country tours, build musical instruments, mix live sound, teach, and work in almost every sector of the music industry. Kelly is currently working towards Massachusetts certification as a music teacher. When not playing music, Kelly loves to surf and clam.
